1. Create a scope statement for this project. Use Snapshot from Practice 4.2 for a template. Your statement should include all the elements from this template.
2. Create a work breakdown structure, WBS using MS Project. Submit the MS Project file and pdf of the gantt chart. You don\'t have to list all the tasks that might be required, but try to have at least 5 specific tasks with dependency relationships.
3. What are the potential risks for this project? Explain the possible consequences and provide a contingency plan. Refer to Figure 7.8 Risk Response Matrix. Submit a risk response matrix that lists at least 2 possible risks.
4. From the WBS construct a project network diagram using MS Project. Use your estimates (make them as realistic as possible) for the activity duration time and then determine the following:
   • Project network diagram showing the activity predecessors and successors.
   • Early and late start times, EST and LST
   • Early and late finish times, EFT and LFT
   • Slack
   • Critical path
5. Briefly discuss the critical path, any slack, and the communication that must take place to make this a successful project. Note channels for communication and frequency.
