Create a simple form with text inputs for Blog Title, Blog Email and Blog Content

1 Add a "Submit Blog" button that when clicked will fire a JS function.

2 The click handler for the button should be created as a property and function expression of the sabio.page.handlers object that is available to you.

sabio.page.handlers.someFunctionName = function(){

}

The wiring up of the events/event handlers should take place inside the sabio.page.startUp function.

3 The click handler should do a number of things: read the values from the inputs insert these values into a different part of the DOM hide the form show this new part of the DOM

4 Write a second click handler to handle the "Back" functionality.
