Create a simple Homepage

This homework is about implementing HTML and CSS techniques to create a simple homepage.

Instructions

Choose a theme$/$topic of interest or a product and create a simple homepage similar to that on

Book $1,$ page $323($for reference, the code for this e$.$g$.,$ is on pg$.325-326).$ Your homepage

should have the HTML elements and CSS styles in the example $($Book $1,$ page $323)$ at the

minimum but should not be the same as the book. You can get creative with this assignment.

Here are a few ideas for styling your homepage based on the example:

Change the background color of the page

Change the font and font size for the text

Add some padding or margins to the page to create some space around the content

Add a border to the image or list of links

Note

You can either include the CSS in a separate file and link to it in the head of your HTML file

$($External CSS$),$ or you can include the CSS directly in the head of your HTML file using a style

tag $($Internal CSS$).$

Please submit a zipped folder with all files referenced in this assignment. Reference files using

the appropriate path to prevent display issues. Links do not have to be functional.

Open the file in a web browser to preview your page before submitting it$.$
