Create a successful training program for an actual company.

• Evaluate space and suppliers/providers requirements for training and development, reflective of the best learning, and transfer of training practices. Provide as much detail as necessary to ensure successful training. Another individual should be able to read your training plan and provide the same level of training. Keep in mind issues such as type/style of the room, necessary electronics, room configuration, etc.
• Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of different evaluation techniques/designs.
• Conduct a cost-benefit analysis for a training program.
