Create a trigger that backs up the flight ID, ticket number, and seat number for any deleted ticket if the ticket corresponds to a flight that has not yet departed. Note that a ticket number may not be unique after it has been deleted since deleted ticket numbers may be reused. Make sure to also provide commands that cause the trigger to backup data into a table (that you should create) called BACKUP_TICKET.
