Create a Webpage, using express, that submits form data that includes:

First Name

Last Name

Email Address

Upload of an image file

The above should be similar to the example on Blackboard already. BUT WAIT... THERE'S MORE!! Modify the output to show a more "user friendly" webpage design of your choosing. Don't just show the JSON, but design a small website that will put the information you collected into a "Thank you for your submission" webpage. The webpage should output all of the inputs, as well as the image on the screen (fit to a container or div, regardless of the image size). You may use bootstrap or just regular CSS if you wish.
