Create a work breakdown structure for a tech company.

Assume you are part of an existing firm and develop a proposal for the IT project that would be submitted to the customer or decision maker in order to win the business for your firm/team. The proposal should discuss the business overview, scope of the project, outcomes or value of the project, project approach, major tasks and sub-tasks, project costs, and project timeline.

Provide bulletized list of 20-30 tasks that will occur during your project and organize or align the list of activity tasks so that you have 4-7 major task groupings each with several subtasks.
