Hint: When estimating durations for activities, think about how long it might actually take you to complete a task given that you likely have a job, personal responsibilities, etc. For example, if I am addressing invitations, it might only take me a couple of hours, but I know that it will take me 3 days to find the two-three hours to complete the work.
