Create a work sample test for a store manager. You should create your own work sample test. For example, for an accounting position, you could ask the job applicant to balance a ledger or do some other task to see how he/she would actually perform on the job. For a sales job, you might ask the person to do a role-play exercise to see how they might interact with customers. Discuss the validity of the work sample test as well.
