Create a WPF application with 9 blank buttons in a 3 x 3 pattern. Include a 10th button that will close the application when it is pressed. The requirements are:

-Every time a button is clicked place either an X or an O in the button. If all of the buttons are empty, X will be placed.

-If the last value placed with a button click was an X, then the button click should display an O. Or, if the last value placed in a button was and O then an X should be displayed when the button is clicked.

-If a button is empty, show the character that will be placed, if it is clicked, when the mouse moves over the button (and only when the mouse is over the button).

-Provide a button to end the application at any point
