Create an animation car

1. Create a complete HTML file with the proper , , , and tags.

3. Display the picture of the car on the very left side of your browser window and wait for 10 seconds.
4. After 10 seconds, the car will start to move slowly from the left side of your browser to the very right side of your browser.
5. The car will stop at the very right side of your browser after 10 seconds.
6. That is, animation starts after 10 seconds upon loading of the HTML and the animation stops in 10 seconds.
7. When you click the reload button of the browser, the car will move back to the left side of your browser and wait for 10 seconds before it starts the animation again.
8. Make the wheels of the car rotate when the car is moving. You need to have 3 animations, 2 animations for the front and back wheels, 1 animation for the car itself.
9. When you resize the browser window and do a reload, the animation should still work. As the animation is always 10 seconds, if the browser window is smaller, the car will move slower.
