Doctor Office: This database is for a typical doctor$$s office. An office has a name, an

address, and multiple phone numbers. An office also is of a specific type: drive$-$in$,$ full

service, urgent care. Each office has many doctors, a doctor works for one office.

Doctors have a name, address, a specialty, date of birth and a salary. Valid specialties are

pediatrician, podiatrist, and orthopedist. We will keep track of patients. Each patient has

a name, address, phone number and account balance $($the account balance will not be

stored, it will be calculated from payments and the amount charged$).$ Any time a patient

sees a doctor, a record needs to be generated with the doctor seen, the date, an amount

charged for the visit and the primary diagnosis $($valid types include: fever, cold, broken

bone$).$ Patients can visit any doctor. We will also keep track of patient payments. Each

payment consists of an amount, date and a type of payment $($cash$,$ Venmo, credit card,

check$)$ and multiple comments.
