Create an evaluation grid for pre-screening for administrative assistant candidate's job applications ( using excel or Word)

-List all the mandatory requirements needed for candidates to be screened in

-Identify examples of expected responses to evaluate the candidates

-On the evaluation grid, make sure there is a place where you can identify the selection process, candidate's name, evaluator's name, list of mandatory requirements, examples if expected responses and if the candidate pass or fail the evaluation of each mandatory requirement.
