Create an exension method named BinarySequence that works on a long value and takes no other parameters. The method must return a sequence of short digits representing the 64 binary digits of the long value (from left to right).

Write a console application that asks the user to enter a short integer value, casts the value to a long type and then displays the last 16 binary digits of the binary sequence generated from the long. BinarySequence() method.

Note that a long value has 64 bits (Int64) and a short value has 16 bits (Int16).
