Create an Implementation Plan to improve your Social Intelligence by doing the following:

1. Identify your Social Intelligence Strengths and Weaknesses. Identify which social intelligence skills you want to improve. Identify the time frame of doing this.
2. Identify a partner with who you will share your goals on improving your social intelligence skills, who will hold you accountable, and who will provide you feedback on your progress.
3. Identify an improvement metric to the skill. This could be a new action repeated or an old behavior deleted.
4. Identify what additional learning you will do to improve your Social Intelligence Skills.
5. Identify a professional networking event or professional event where there is networking to attend in the future this semester and where you can practice the social intelligence skills you want to improve. You can attend an in person event or virtual event, however an in person event is encouraged.
