Create an infographic with some interesting stats and information about happiness (can be textbook and outside information, but make sure it is credible). If you'd like, feel free to use PowerPoint or Google Slides to create the infographic. If you want a tool more specifically devoted to infographics, try Canva (canva.com). They have a free version that works well (but you will have to sign up for a free account). You might have to screenshot your infographic when you are done.

Please note, it is not my intention that you create a multi-slide presentation. It is my intention that you fit all of your information on a single slide/page with some visual appeal
