Click the Commissions sheet tab and select cell F$5.$

Start the XLOOKUP function and use cell E$5$ as the Lookup$\_$value.

For the Lookup$\_$array argument, use the Commission$\_$Level range.

For the Return$\_$array argument, use the Bonus$\_$Rate range.

For the Match$\_$mode argument, type $1$ which finds the next smaller match $($Figure $2-106).$
