Create html file that uses css, html, and javascript. place 3 black buttons in the browser window that are labeled in white text - RED, GREEN, BLUE. Add an event to each button that will change the background color of the window to whatever color label the user clicks on. Then have a counter on the window for each color and show the number of times the color was displayed. Label the counter like "red count: ", "blue count: " , etc. When the mouse passes over any of the buttons reverse the colors of the button and the label. So if the label is white and the text is black then they will swap(initial values). Add counter next to the counter to show how many times a button changed colors too.
