Its specific objectives are to: create economic opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses; actively pursue new platforms for Indigenous voices; provide opportunities for the Non-Indigenous community to experience culture; deliver highquality outcomes and ensure best practice models of community engagement. It provides a range of services that create opportunities for working towards these objectives. BlakLash Projects is the trading name for The Trustee for Hayman Family Trust, which is registered with ASIC as a Discretionary Trading Trust. In addition to generating commercial income, as is common in the arts sector BlakLash also applies for and contributes to projects funded through a range of grant programs.
