The system shall include a live chat capability through the system mobile device application to help riders resolve any issues associated with their account or operation of the scooters on a 24-hour basis (night and day) each day of operation. The system shall monitor and control the operations of all deployed scooters, as well as any support activities related to those operations, on a 24-hour basis (night and day) each day of operation. The system shall prepare monthly reports of any injuries or property damage caused by operation of the scooters
