Question:
Create the wireframes to address the customer task described below. Please provide drawing of the wireframes.
Mark is going on a trip that includes a long flight. He thinks it may be best to pick a good paperback book for the flight. So he visits a popular online book review website - strawberryline- to read critical reviews of latest fiction books. He spends some time reading reviews of several books before clicking on the 'buy' link corresponding to one of the books that interests him. The 'buy' link takes him to the amazon page for the book. To fully address customer needs, it can be useful to break down a user task into a sequence of steps and then design the wireframe addressing each of these steps. For example, in the above task
1) Mark lands on the home page of grapevine,
2) he looks for fiction paperback books (note if you show him reviews of eBooks', it does not fulfill his needs),
3) he looks at the latest books ('out this week' or 'out this month'),
4) reads reviews of 2-3 interesting titles, 5) clicks on buy button to check pricing and/or to order. The underlying goal of designing the wireframes is to ensure - the web page is intuitive, and user can effectively complete his/her tasks.
