Specifications: in order to meet these objectives requires tools and utilities Windows Server OS provides along with utilities available to provide error-correction via disk-sectors, identifying disk, and partitions.

Additional Storage device needed!

Use Disk management to format the disk! Bring online, Initialize disk, and format NAME IT e.g. (TravisRecovery)! All for Server Recovery!

Change Boot option to safe mode with default options!

Using Powershell perform Chkdsk /? Locate bad sectors and recover readable information, Yes run at next startup. Perform Chkdsk /? Display the full path and name of every file on the disk.

Exit

Exit Safe Mode Hint dont forget to disable Safe Mode in MSCONFIG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
