CRITICAL ANALYSIS WITH THINKING HATS

General Instructions: Work in accomplishing the main task for this activity. Specific instructions are provided below:

1. Analyze the primary reading using Edward de Bono's Six-Thinking Hat Approach. This is a tool or a model that can be used for exploring different perspectives towards a situation, event, procedure, or any circumstance that promotes critical and creative forms of thinking by encouraging people to consider various perspectives. It aims to capture productively significant points covering a certain case, problem, event, or circumstance in point (Serrat, 2017). In this case, will apply the use of this tool in analyzing the reading at hand.

2. As you wear each hat, you are expected to keep in mind the line of thinking that goes with each hat. Refer to descriptions below from Karadag, Saritas, and Erginer (2009):

description: The neutral White Hat offers objective facts and figures and is used in the beginning of the meeting or engagement to establish relevant facts and information about the issue to be discussed
