Data Mining Question

I am using Rapid Miner, using a clustering technique called SOM (Self organising map) on a customer survey that has the attributes:

-Service quality

-Deli Quality

-Shopping comfort

-Product Quality

-Shopping type

-Loyalty Card to others?

I gathered the following SOM and Centroid table:

My question is what can i do with this data? I dont understand how to interpret it or get any real information from the clusters? I have to write a report about the supermarket using SOM with the customer survey but not sure what I can say about this data?
