1. Search online and find a data table that is interesting to you, copy it, and paste it into a Word document.
2. Cite your source. This copied and pasted material is not your own, so it needs to be cited. You must include a reference, or the URL, of where you found the table. Do not worry about using a formal citation (MLA, APA) for this.
3. Put down a paragraph describing the contents of the table. Pay attention to each row and column and fully describe or summarize what you see.
4. Put down a paragraph interpreting and analyzing the table. Would this data be better displayed in a different format? Do you notice any trends? How would you tell what the table is trying to show overall?

3. Put down a paragraph telling the contents of the graph. Pay attention the format and how the information is displayed and tell what you see.
4. Put down a paragraph interpreting and analyzing the graph. Do you see any bias present? Tell.
