The customer characteristics that are stored in this system are as following: personal identification number, name, surname, date of birth, address (serves for returning the shipment if the process is unsuccessful), email and phone number. - To each customer a card is issued which is identified by a number and its type such as: Silver, Gold or Platinum. - The package that the customer wants to send is identified by a unique number, date and time of departure (the moment when the company receives it) as well as the characteristics of the package such as: weight and dimensions (length, width and height). - The package must be delivered to the recipient by hand from a postman. The postman is identified by his personal number, name, surname and date of birth, email and phone number. - For each shipment, the system should keep track of the postman in charge for delivery, the status of delivery (delivered successfully or not) and the data and time of delivery. If minht happen that if the package is not delivered successfully in the first try; its shipment can be retricd up to thee times in different moments of time. i) Waing the hasiness rules described above write the relational schema in INF, identify all primary keys and dependencies including all partial and transitive dependencies.
