Please provide complete and detailled answer, for mysql

This is in my textbook, which is Database System Management 12 edition. chapter 7 , p=problem 29, problem 30, problem 31, and problem 32.

I want the result to be shown rounded to decimal. I believe you have the answer to these questions in your system, but I want the result to be rouded to 2 decimals .
