Analyze the organization you selected. Review its annual reports, stock portfolio, supporting documents, and strategies it has communicated for maintaining a competitive advantage over the next five years.

After you perform your analysis, consider your perspectives and answers as if you were a senior member $($VP$+)$ of the HR department in the company you researched. Develop a strategy for how you plan to address some of the current and future disruptions that the organization has to navigate. Consider the impact of recent laws and policies on the organization.
