Does the company have a traditional buman resources department, and what is its duties and scope. Is the human resource executive involved strategically? 2. The job analysis they adopt 3. The recruitment and selection procedures they follow 4. The performance appraisal system they use 5. The compensation scheme executed 6. How does the Bahraini Labor Law effect HRM functions in the company 7. What is the company's policy on ethics and social responsibilities 8. How does the company deal with its competitors in terms of recruitment 9. What technological changes did the company face and how it affected its human resources functions 10. Does the company use outside human resource vendor? Why
