The company can be a public company (i.e. owned mostly by the government), or a private company (i.e. owned mostly by private investors). After the selection you are required to: 1. Present the company profile (Date of establishment, Mission, goal, activity, customers, competitors...) 11. Analyze the company HRM in terms of the following: 1. Does the company have a traditional human resources department, and what is its duties and scope. Is the human resource executive involved strategically? 2. The job analysis they adopt 3. The recruitment and selection procedures they follow 4. The performance appraisal system they use 5. The compensation scheme executed 6. How does the Bahraini Labor Law effect HRM functions in the company 7. What is the company's policy on ethics and social responsibilities 8.
