Problem Statement Narrative

Skidelskys Farms is involved in the process of making, selling, and distributing orange juice. As of late, industry growth has stagnated. The CEO wants to increase revenue and has enlisted you to help. To start off, come up with ideas to help the CEO with his goal.

Overview for interviewer

This case is fairly open-ended and will involve a lot of brainstorming on the part of the interviewee. Keep the interviewer focused on ways to increase revenue. Costs are irrelevant for now (although good to keep in mind). Additionally, do not let the interviewer get hung up on one idea. For example, if they suggest expanding to include apple juice, that is good, and they may mention a concern or two, but then have them move on to other ideas for increasing revenue. Eventually, push them towards the next part of the case.
