It is about time that we start formulating topics for the term papers. At this phase of the process, I would like you to send me an abstract summarizing your thoughts about the topic, its significance, and purpose. Due date week 4.

Step 2:

I would like to see that you have come up with a brief outline that shows how you plan to develop

your topic and sub-topics. Due date: week 5.

Step 3:

You need to write your literature review of the latest scholarly sources available on your topic in the last 10 years and think about what you might be able to add to the scholarly debate/discussion about your topic. You need to consider 6 to 10 scholarly sources on your topic. Due date: week 6.

Step 4:

Write your work cited/reference page following the APA style. Due date: week 6.

Step 5:

Please begin your first draft. Due date: week 7

Step 6:

Bring your draft to class for peer review. Due date: week 10

Step 7:

Revise and redraft. Due date: week 12

Step 8:

Please be ready to give 15- minute power point presentation based on your paper. Due date: week 14.

Step 9:

please revise and proofread your final draft. Due date: week 15

Step 10:

Please submit your paper. Due date: week: 16
