The case study report should be around 5-6 pages. The evaluation will be based on five criteria: Organization of the report, completness of sections, content, relevancy and finally your opinioion (e.g. how the case study is related to the course, what are the similarities with the course, missing components, what are the missing things that could improve the case study.

You need to find a real case study (in a journal or conference paper) that describes the occurrence of an actual accident or incident in a workplace. The report should include the following sections: abstract, introduction, literature review, description about the accident/incident, results of the accident\incident, how it was handled, your opinion about how it could be better handled, conclusion and references.
