Dear students,

You need to find a real case study (in a journal or conference paper) that describes the occurance of an actual accident or incident in a workplace. The report should include the following sections: abstract, introduction, literature review, description of the accident/incident, results of the accident\incident, how it was handled, your opinion about how it could be better handled, conclusion, and references.

The report should be of 5-6 pages with all the required content. I like the answer.
