My solution:

Player 1 chooses 'H', Player 2 chooses 'T', because 6>2

Player 1 chooses 'T', Player 2 chooses 'H', because 4>1

Player 2 chooses 'H', Player 1 chooses 'H', because 3>2

Player 2 chooses 'T', Player 2 chooses 'T', because 4>1

So, it doesn't have Nash equilibrium.
