Direction: Based on the lesson on "Unlawful Act and Penalties", those who are caught to commit these unlawful acts below are subject to imprisonment. Section 11. Use of Dangerous Drugs. \"A person apprehended or arrested, who is found to be positive for use of any dangerous drug; alter a conrmatory test; shall be imposed a penalty of a minimum of six [5} months rehabilitation in a govemment center for the rst offense, subject to the provision of Article 1villi of the Act.
