Topic: Does Canada need a change in its electoral system? Debate with reference to the present electoral system in place.

There will be two rounds for the debate.

Round 1: Each speaker from the team/independent speaker will speak for 3-4 minutes and deliver the opening remarks and argument for or against the motion.

Round 2: Rebuttal round where the speakers will ask questions to the opposing speakers and provide rebuttals and answers.

The debate will be evaluated on the basis of strength of arguments, relevance of content, language, expression, presentation style and coherence.

GRAMMAR and FORMAT SHOULD BE KEPT IN MIND AS AN ESSENTIAL CRITERIA FOR EVALUATION.

Evaluated at Final Debate: 30% of your final grade
