debate Topic: Does Canada need a change in its electoral system? Debate with reference to the present electoral system in place.

There will be two rounds for the debate.

Round 1: Each speaker from the team/independent speaker will speak for 3-4 minutes and deliver the opening remarks and argument for or against the motion.

Round 2: Rebuttal round where the speakers will ask questions to the opposing speakers and provide rebuttals and answers.
