Decide on a theme. This could be a specific artist, time period, medium, theme or motif, or geographic region.

The broader the theme, the easier it is to find pieces. But the narrower the theme, the more cohesive will look$/$feel$.$

Use the dimensions found on the blueprint in the attached document. You can hang things on walls and$/$or have moveable floor displays. Large Areas of Open Space or Empty Rooms are to be avoided. $($note$,$ the dimensions in the demonstration PPT are not the same ones to be used, please use the Space as Shown on the Gallery Template$)$

Consider how you are going to arrange your exhibit; the PPT that attached can show you how to this about this and can act as a reference.

You MUST have a minimum of $25$ pieces of art, and no more than $75.$

You MUST create $$labels$$ for each piece. Each work should have a tag containing: Artist, Title of Work, Media, Size, and Location if known. Again, refer to the attached PPT for example.

You MUST include the floor plan with where your pieces are located $$ please pay attention to sizing, you might not want a $2$ wide painting to be on a wall that is $18$ long.

Consider who your audience is and how you will $$display$$ your pieces. Eye$-$level, center line, salon style? Who your audience is will help determine how you should display the art. You will need to include a brief statement about your audience in your biography$/$overview $($Part $2)$

You must have some sort of engagement activity, like a scavenger hunt or a game, create activity, etc. for your audience. You do not have to actually create this; you can just put a slide in your PPT presentation that provides details.

Finally, you MUST attach music to your PPT because musical helps tell the story in art and culture. The music should enhance the work shown.
