Decision-making/problem-solving skills can help us to make the best decisions by considering all the options and the potential consequences.

1. Think about a managerial problem or a decision to be made from your choice, something you want to change in the department depending in your field of knowledge and complete the steps below. It could be anything from (knowledge transfer, accessing latest technology, implementing a new system).
2. Consider all the possible options / alternative solutions to achieve this stated goal. For example:

For example: If a manager has decided to get a new system or a new strategy regarding a specific social media trend, the plan may include I am going to start this new system from tomorrow, but first I will set a date to meet my team workers. To ensure this I will set a date to discuss the latest outcomes and achievement from this system. I will explain to them the challenges among this new progress, Ill have a backup plan just in case any error may arise during the training, and Ill make sure that all of the team has a decent knowledge about what we are going to talk about such as introducing an introduction and a summary about this specific tool etc. Now write down the plan to implement your decision.
