- Investigate the situation in detail.
- Create a constructive environment.
- Generate good alternatives.
- Explore your options.
- Select the best solution.
- Evaluate your plan.
- Follow the clarifications for each of the steps in the training, watching the video first
- Feel free to try out any of the included tools for each section
- Make a decision for your problem and write it down
