Define a process, then create a process map. Use the correct symbols to create the process map (Only looking for process, decision point, and possible predefined process).

After you complete the process map, create a SIPOC for your process that you choose. You would likely have to make up some of the information. Try to be as accurate to the process as your can.

The third item to create is a value stream mapping for your process. Again, you will likely have to make up data to complete this, so try to keep it in align with the process that you choose.

The fourth and last thing is to document the Voice of the Customer for your process. Think about what type of customers you would have using your process and make sure you document them. You can segment them into different groups and identify if there is any prioritization that would be in place for your customers.
