Additionally, come up with two $(2)$ tactical plans to support this strategy. For each of your tactical plans, design two $(2)$ Operational Plans that help achieve your tactical plan.

Create a SWOT analysis for an organization of your choosing. Include at least two $(2)$ specific items for each category. Based on your SWOT, prepare one SMART goal to capitalize on an opportunity available. Be sure your goal meets all five measures in the SMART criteria.
