You are the project manager for a one-day event that will be bringing subject matter experts together to discuss current and future growth in the Information Technology field. The event will include recruiting attendees (no travel or accommodations), guest speaker(s), venue, break-out sessions, and food.

Prepare a WBS defining high level deliverables. Decompose WBS to subcomponents where necessary to the lowest (work package) level. Define activities for each work package and provide duration estimates, start/end dates, predecessors, and resource types.

Enter the above information into MS Project. Print the MS Project (without the Gantt Chart). Make sure WBS numbering is included.
