3.c. You have just been hired by the Tobago Tourism Authority as a project manager. You are immediately assigned to a project to develop a new hotel on the island. Further, you require the services of a number of sub- contractors to complete the design and development of this project. Your manager is keen on progressing the project forward quickly as possible due to political pressures but you noticed that the project risks have not been identified satisfactorily inclusive of whether the hotel will be a viable commercial success. Write a memo to your manager briefly discussing at least three types of risk (by cluster) that you are likely to encounter in this project and illustrate at least three mitigation strategies you would recommend in deciding how to address such risks.
