Nolan hit his ex$-$wife multiple times before she gave him the drugs back. Nolan has attempted recovery on multiple occasions. At times, Nolan states that he wants to "kick" his habit. However, he has been spending more and more time at the apartment of a known drug dealer in central Maine. Nolan's treatment team is ready to refer him out to an out$-$of$-$state residential facility. However, Nolan's insurance $($or lack thereof$)$ does not cover out of state treatment. Nolan wishes he could reunify with his ex$-$wife and have more contact with his teenage daughter.
