Describe the process you would go through to develop a learner evaluation for an instructional design project you are working on (the one that is due on Week 8).

List the steps, and describe what you would do during each step.Your plan of action should include the following elements:

• Analyze the instructional goals and objectives; determine the intended learning outcome(s). Is it a change in learner knowledge, skill, or attitude?
• Based on the instructional objectives and learning outcome(s), determine the appropriate type of learner evaluation needed. Will you use a criterion-referenced standard or a norm-referenced standard? Explain why.
• Design and develop the appropriate assessment techniques that will be used to gather data about the learner. Describe the assessment techniques and the instruments you would use prior to instruction, during instruction, and after instruction has finished.
• Assist in the implementation of the assessment techniques. How will assessment be conducted? What data do you want to collect?
