Describing a 1-2 hour training program to teach a specific skill or group of skills to a group of trainees. The seminar must include (a) description of the training program, (b) describe active training techniques and BST, and (c) describe one or more methods of assessing trainee competence after the training is finished.

BCBAs. they may need to know how to develop a tooth-brushing task analysis, for example. Design a program that would teach them how to due this, including all of the elements that are down below included here. Just change the target audience. For the next submission, include an assessment method as an appendix.

1. An operationalized description of the skill(s) to be taught.

2. Measurable training objectives.

3 .A detailed explanation of each training activity and duration.

4. A cost-benefit analysis that includes materials, staff time, and other resource

5. A description of how trainee competency will be assessed, including any methods of assessment attached in an appendix.
