Assignment #$2$ is an assignment that relates to market research and segmentation. Suppose you were just offered an internship at the Rome Braves of Rome, GA$.$ One of your first tasks is to collect satisfaction data from last year's season ticket holders $(N=1,200).$ Your supervisor is looking for methods to improve satisfaction of each event next season. After talking to your supervisor, you decide to create a fan survey and distribute it through postal mail.

Task#$1$

Now your task is to develop a survey $($instrument$).$ The sky is the limit; you can ask what you want and set up the survey how you want. WHAT TYPE OF DATA DO YOU WANT TO COLLECT FROM THEM? All you have now is a physical address. At minimum you should have three sections, $1)$ Introduction as what the instrument is about, how to take it$,$ and how to return it$,2)$ Questions that relate to the data that you want to obtain, & $3)$ Some sort of thank you for completing the survey.

Hints: Survey instructions should not be overlooked. Don't assume anything about the reader. Don't be bias in the questions you ask. Length is important.

Feel free to use any journal articles or internet sources. You will need to use some outside resources, but let me know where you got them...on a separate page.

Task #$2$

$*$Answer these questions on a separate page of the document $($with your sources$).$ What are you going to do with the surveys when you get them back in the mail? Of the $1200,$ how many do you expect back? Why?
