Description CUSTOMER Discussion Question: Customer Focus Why is it important for managers to focus on the customer? Instructions Discussion questions and forums are provided in each module to enhance the results of knowledge and skill verification. These questions and forums are provided in each module for improving learning skills and to enhance and improve the results of the reflection. You are required to post a minimum of 3 posts for each week's discussion board: your initial post to the question which is due by Wednesday of each week by 11:59 PM (Pacific Time Zone), and two individual responses to two fellow classmates which is due by Sunday by 11:59 PM (PST). You are expected to participate on at least 3 different days in order to facilitate a healthy discussion among your peers.
